(1) The Authority shall consist of the employees as required for the operation of its functions.
(2) The appointment, remuneration, facilities and other terms and conditions of service of the employees pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-section (2), Government of Nepal may, at the request of the Authority, depute the employees of Government of Nepal or any corporate body to the Authority with the
remuneration to be received from the Authority until the appointment of the employees of the Authority
